What is the minimum age?

All passengers must be at least 1 year old

 

Are there seatbelts on the boats?

No, however all passengers are required to wear a life jacket at all times, regardless of their age, size, or swimming ability.

 

Are there any age requirements?

There must be at least one adult on each boat over the age of 18. Additionally, all boat rentals are required to read and complete a liability waiver at the time of rental

 

Do you take reservations?

We operate on a first come, first serve basis and are not able to reserve any specific boats. Please call 301-370-5105 or email cathywpb@gmail.com if you wish to rent 5 or more boats for your group.

 

Do you accept credit cards or tap to pay?

Yes, we accept cash, credit card and mobile/tap to pay such as Apple Pay and Google Pay

 

Do you operate in the rain?

For safety reasons, we do not operate in rain or high winds. Please call 301-370-5105 for updates about weather closures

 

How long are your rentals?

We rent our paddle boats in 30 minute increments

 

Are dogs allowed on the boats?

Yes, dogs are permitted on our larger character boats (Swans, Ducks, Dragons, Flamingos)

 

Where can I park?

Rio Entertainment Center has many garages and parking lots available free of charge. The garages closest to Guapo's, Silver Diner and Dave & Buster's are the most convenient for our location

 

Are your boats handicap accessible?

The paddle boats are not wheelchair accessible; however, we try our best to accommodate those with physical restrictions. Customers must have assistance to safely transfer to the seat on the boat
